Medium: Cyanotype on Stonehenge Paper
Dimensions: 30 x 20.5 inches
Semester: Spring 2025
Description: I was tasked to create a cyanotype that describes my artistic practice, creating a compelling composition that incorporates interesting typography and found/sought after objects. I first walked around richmond and photographed typography that I thought was interesting. I printed out "mirth" for one of those words on a transparency. For "pursuit of" I painted with black acrylic paint on a transparency. This project involved a lot of trial and error, as it was a medium I had never worked with, but in the end I was able to succeed.
